To hold the light for those walking in darkness by sharing the message that you are not alone and it is possible to rise from your ashes. Providing support and resources to those struggling with mental health and/or addiction issues is how we will be a safe place to land and to be that lighthouse guiding you home.
We create opportunities for connection, hope, and service that strengthen communities and inspire lasting positive change. Through events, such as, beach cleanups, workshops, and community walks, individuals and families can learn, grow, and engage while accessing mental health support, promoting addiction recovery awareness, and empowering people to make a positive impact.
One person can make a difference; a team can create a miracle. We are a tribe of individuals standing shoulder to shoulder offering a hand to those who have fallen, shining the light for anyone lost in darkness, and providing encouragement to rise from your ashes; to keep moving forward one round at a time.
Addiction can take many forms beyond substances, including behaviors like gambling, food, and technology. These issues often distort thinking and trap individuals in harmful cycles. However, with increased awareness and numerous community events aimed at promoting addiction recovery, help is widely available. Treatment centers and mental health support groups make it possible for individuals to rise above addiction and embrace a healthier, freer life.
Mental health significantly impacts how we think, feel, and act. Nearly 1 in 5 Americans faces a mental health condition each year, highlighting the need for awareness and mental health support in our communities. Community events focused on mental health can reduce stigma, and effective treatment options are available for those in addiction recovery. If you or someone you care about is struggling, remember that help is accessible and recovery is possible. Together, we can rise above addiction.
